The Process
If you need to apply for a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) from the Immigration Department of Singapore, you must fill out an online application form and submit it through the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) e-Service website.

The LTVP holder is allowed to stay in Singapore on a long-term basis but is not granted employment eligibility.
Eligibility For a Dependant’s Pass
